What is your lead time?
We can sometimes make a kitchen for supply only in 3-4 weeks, however if you require the kitchen fitted we normally need a couple of months.
Please do ask if you want a kitchen before this as we may be able to accommodate you, depending on the time of year.
We have new machinery installed in January 2022 and our capacity has increased. We have also invested in further machinery in 2023 and can offer faster turnarounds, with higher quality.
Are you competitive?
Definitely! We can beat any like-for-like quote, but there are low quality kitchen suppliers out there that could possibly under cut our price, however they can never match our value for money or specification. We can offer things others have not even thought of.
We do not know of any other supplier making as good cabinets at this price and the materials and fittings we use are the best we can find.
We have several trade house builders as satisfied customers and we are very experienced at new & self build kitchens and bedrooms.
Warranty
Cabinets are guaranteed for 5 years.
This includes all board, fittings, edging and doors.
Many of our competitors are only one year.
Many of our suppliers offer additional improved warranties
from 5 and up to 25 years.

Consultation
It is usually best to come and visit us at the showroom to start with. You are welcome to view anything in the showroom and browse as long as you need.
If you want to discuss your project in more detail please book an appointment with one of the designers to avoid disappointment.
We can open the showroom outside normal business hours by on request.
The initial consultation and quotation are free and usually the changes until a complete design is reached. If you order the kitchen with us then there will be no charge for the design process.
Each project is carefully considered, but we may seek more commitment before complete plans / designs are forwarded and may charge if you use our design with a competitor.
The showroom does not have any steps and is accessible in a wheelchair. There are two wide doors that have fire door closers, but we are more than happy to open these and also show you around by appointment.
The minimum walkway gap is 1000mm but mostly 1200mm.
All showroom employees are D.B.S cleared with nothing recorded.
Design
We offer a complete design service utilizing the latest 3D software.
We will provide a complete design that you can match to your comprehensive and itemized quotation to see how the price is made up and also be clear about what we are including. We may not release all aspects of the design at first or until an order has been taken or a deposit paid. The design and plans remain our property until purchased by the customer.
If you already have a design that you are more or less happy with we can provide a complete quotation free of charge and without obligation.
Survey
At some point we will need to survey your kitchen / bedroom to confirm sizes and any electrical and plumbing changes. It is possible to start the process with a home survey if you already have a good idea about what you want.
This may also be useful to elderly or disabled people even if you have no idea as we can bring most things to you if needed, but coming to the showroom is where you will see & feel so much more.
Please note that we we can offer door only changes if your cabinets are in good order. We view each kitchen on its own merits and offer free advice.

Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we do have a showroom and have over twenty five displays and we are one of the biggest independent showrooms in the area.
We have over thirty appliances on display and have an extensive ranges from Samsung, Haier & CDA.
Our worktop collection is also one of the largest in the area showing several Silestone, Natura, Sensa, Dekton stone worktops. We several Minerva displays, Egger laminate as well as solid prime wood displays.
We are displaying retailers of Blanco and Franke sinks and taps.
Being a Hafele Studio partner we have a large array of wire work and pull outs, and one of Hafele's largest displays in the UK.
We also now have bedroom robes on display as well.
We have a sample / swatch of most things we sell if we do not have it on display.

We are a one of the country's largest showrooms of the 3D solutions range showing nearly every door they sell. We also have several made to order specials in new colours to show what else can be done made to order.
We also manufacture several doors on site and are a specialist in trade kitchens at trade prices.
We are a Burbidge Premium Partner showing eight of their doors and are some of our biggest displays.
We now also have a several displays from Multiwood and a large amount of sample doors as well.
We have Silestone, Dekton and Sensa on ten displays, with specialist sinks, upstands and splash backs.
We are also fabricators for composite worktops with Minerva and other popular brands.

We can 'supply only' a kitchen and deliver it complete on the day you want it, or we can offer a fitting service to suit you.
From just fitting the kitchen to a fully project manged job that includes electrics, joinery, plastering, plumbing and building work.

We can deliver at a time to suit you, and we pride ourselves on getting it right first time.
We use our own vehicles and do not use third parties.
